As a Civil Marriage Celebrant, I am required to conduct your marriage ceremony in a manner that meets all the legal requirements.

However, you’ve been dreaming of this day, so I will work closely with you to ensure that:

  1. You understand each step of the process;

  2. Your ceremony reflects who you are as a couple;

  3. If you have questions, I will answer them;

  4. When you arrive on your wedding day, you can just be in the moment; I’ve got you covered.

  5. Your wedding day is a day you will cherish forever.

Included in all Wedding Packages:

  • An initial consultation to decide if I am the Celebrant for you (approx. 30 - 45 mins);

  • Completion and lodgment of Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM) and other legal documents with the BDM;

  • NOIM must be completed one calendar month before the date of your ceremony and is valid for eighteen months;

  • A ‘Design & Planning’ meeting to start creating your dream wedding ceremony (approx. 1 hour);

  • A personalised ceremony that showcases your love story;

  • Personalised Vow Cards;

  • Signing table & chairs (if needed); 

  • PA System & microphone (if needed);

  • Music for the processional, signing of the register, and recessional (if needed); and

  • Total travel to and from the ceremony up to 100 km from Redcliffe Peninsula. Tr avel Costs apply if total travel is more than 100 km.

Your Dream Wedding

Full Wedding Package includes:

  • Ceremony approximately 30 minutes;

  • A personal and heartfelt ceremony that is designed to share your unique story;

  • Assistance with writing your vows;

  • Suggestions on how to include family or friends in the ceremony;

  • Suggestions on 'unity rituals' you may want to include in your ceremony;

  • A second ‘Design & Planning’ meeting to finalise the details of your dream wedding;

  • A wedding rehearsal, if required (location to be negotiated);

  • Liaising with the photographer and event coordinator to help seat guests, plan for the perfect photos, and ensure that everything runs smoothly;

  • Music for entry of the bridal party and the bride, during the signing of official wedding certificates, and for the exit of the newly weds (if required).

Optional extras:

  • Me as your MC for the night, so all your guests can party with you: $500.00

  • Destination ceremony (within Australia) - travel costs to be negotiated;

  • Some wedding rituals may require the purchase of special accessories - extra costs to be negotiated (ask for a quote);

  • Use of arbour;

  • Use of wedding sign easels ;

  • Creation of welcome wedding sign, seating chart, table signage, etc. : from $50.00 each

  • Official Certificate of Marriage applied for and purchased from BDM and sent to you by registered post: $85.00 (Official Certificate of Marriage & postage: $59.95 + $25.05 handling fee).

  • Urgent Application of Official Marriage Certificate - a further $32.20 added to the above cost. (Delivery is usually within 2 working days)

  • Ceremony approximately 20 mins;

  • The couple + 2 witnesses (must be 18 years or over);

  • Backyard / Beach / Park / First date location, etc.;

  • Simple, yet elegantly designed ceremony unique to you;

  • Assistance with writing your vows;

  • Personalised Vow Cards (if required)

  • Music for entry of bride & signing of official wedding certificates;

  • A bottle of chilled bubbly and a chartreuse platter for two - to help you celebrate.

Optional extras:

  • Photography session: from $1750.00 (conditions apply)

  • Destination ceremony (within Australia) - travel costs to be negotiated.

  • Supplying two witnesses: $50.

  • ONLY the couple + 2 witnesses (must be 18 years or over);

  • Short personalised ceremony that includes personal vows, ring exchange , & your kiss moment.

A ‘Magical’ Micro Wedding
